Q: I only like certain types of wine, can I pick my wines in my shipments?
A: Yes, our wine club is completely customizable. You have the ability to select each of your wines through your online account. If you are in the silver club, you will be able to select any four bottles, gold members will select 6 bottles, and platinum members will select 12 bottles for each shipment.
Q: How many shipments do I get a year?
A: You will receive three shipments a year in the spring, summer, and winter. You will be notified of the exact shipment dates and pick up party times via email.
Q: What is a pick up party?
A: A pick up party is a scheduled time and date where you may pick up your wines at the tasting room instead of having them shipped. This is often a popular choice for local members to come together, socialize, celebrate, and save on shipping.
Q: How much does it cost to join the club?
A: Nothing, it's free to join! Each wine shipment will range in price and savings based on your club level and wine selection.
Q: Does my first purchase at the tasting room count as my first shipment?
A: No, it does not; although you will instantly receive your club member discounts on your first purchase. Your first shipment will occur according to the schedule above.
Q: What if I don't want to pick my wines?
A: No problem! We will select them for you. It will likely be a mix of our newest releases. Or, if we are aware of your personal wine tasting profile, we can customize your shipment for you.
Q: What if I don't pick my wines by the time the shipment date comes?
A: If you don't preselect your wines by the shipment date, you may lose your ability to customize your shipment and we will select your wines for you.
Q: I want to pick up my wines but I cannot make the pick up party. Will you hold my wines for me?
A: Yes, we understand that things come up and that you may not be able to make the party. We will hold your wines for a 'reasonable' amount of time. We are a small winery and have limited space for storage so it's best to get your wines as soon as they are released to avoid misplacement. The best way to guarentee that we will hold your wines is to contact us at email@example.com or (760) 789-1287 and notify us you will not be able to pick your wines up at the pick up party but that you will be by within the next few days or so.
Please note: Shipments labeled as 'pick up' that have not been picked up within a timely manner will be shipped out and you will be charged for shipping.
Q: I just signed up for the club but need to cancel. Can I?
A: While we do usually require a minimum of three shipments before you are able to cancel your membership, we understand that things come up and your membership status may not be realistic anymore. If this is the case, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Do you ship outside of California?
A: Yes, we do! We are able to ship our wines to the following states through our partner site, VinoShipper:

A: We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
