2017 Brut
In the 17th century, Clairette Blanche spanned thousands of acres in the south of France. Today, its presence in the vineyard and as a single varietal is strikingly limited. Our grapes come from less than two acres of the steepest hillsides of our estate to produce a light, fresh wine. We are proud to introduce to you the other French variety historically used for sparkling wine.
Experience citrus peel and chamomile tea on the nose followed by lemon and pear drop flavors. A delicious balance of crisp acidity and fruit with a long finish. Pairs well with light cheeses, fish, and chicken dishes. A great celebratory aperitif!
